Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Heeren Straits Hotel was delightful. The rooms were wonderfully presented, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The service provided by the staff was above and beyond, particularly with Najwa at the front desk and Hussain's assistance. The location was very convenient, being in the heart of Jonker and just a short walk to Jonker Walk. The dining experience was very good at Heeren Palms across the street, although a few more menu options would have been appreciated. Overall, the facilities at the hotel added to the comfortable stay.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of comfortable rooms and noisy disturbances from nearby trishaw riders playing loud music. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was ideal, close to Jonker Street and various attractions. The dining experience offered a variety of options in a charming setting. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
I found the hotel to be quite spacious with split-level rooms and a great breakfast. The cleanliness and roominess were a plus for accommodating four people, although the steep stairs were a bit bothersome. The location next to Jonker Street was convenient and offered easy access to downtown Malacca, surrounded by plenty of good food options until late at night. The surprise of yummy nasi lemak with kerang was a delightful bonus.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were really spacious, clean, and nice, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, allowing me to enjoy Malacca conveniently. However, I had some noise disturbance from nearby trishaw riders playing loud music despite the late hours.
My stay at this stylish hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spotless, and the location was fantastic with easy access to Jonker Street. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options could be more varied, and the facilities were good but not exceptional.
